When you work with us, there’s no need to worry about taking care of that on your own. Our nurses are offered a comprehensive benefits package, so you take care of your patients while we take care of you.
Health Insurance with Prescription Coverage
Our benefits are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, which will provide coverage no matter your destination. You will have multiple plans to choose from, and your benefits will be effective on the first of the month after your date of hire. These plans include:
Low copayments
Major medical coverage
Affordable deductibles
Out-of-pocket maximums
$10,000 life insurance policy at no extra charge
Ability to cover family and dependents
Your deductions will be taken on a pre-tax basis every week, and your chosen plan provides the minimum essential coverage required by the Affordable Care Act.
Dental and Vision Insurance
You will have a choice between two affordable dental plans, which are provided by MetLife, as well as two affordable vision plans offered by EyeMed.

LensCrafters
Similar to our provided health insurance plans, dental and vision can cover family and dependents, and deductions are also taken on a pre-tax basis weekly.
Life Insurance
If you are interested in life insurance, we do offer voluntary life insurance through Aetna, with your plan guaranteed issue when elected at the date of your hire. You will also have available options to select both spouse and child life insurance policies.
If you ever decide to terminate employment with us, your life insurance coverage can be converted to an individual whole life insurance policy.
Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Plan, and Legal Plan
We also offer accident, critical illness, and hospital plans through MetLife. This optional coverage will provide income if you find yourself unable to work due to an injury or illness that is not work-related. These plans can be used as a stand-alone policy or added to complement your health insurance benefits.
If you would like easy access to a network of over 14,000 planning attorneys, you can opt into a legal plan provided by MetLaw – a subsidiary of MetLife. These attorneys are available for:
